Turn on 2-Step Verification

2-Step Verification is available for all F6S users for greater account security. You may see 2-Step Verification referred to as 2FA or two-factor authentication.

After turning 2SV on, you will login in two steps:

• First, you’ll use your password or social login
• Then, you’ll need a verification code from your phone or tablet

Follow the steps below to turn on 2-Step Verification

Step 1: Set up 2-Step Verification

• Go to the Security & Privacy tab in your Settings Page
• Click the 2-Step Verification toggle
• Confirm your password or social login
• Follow the steps on the screen

Step 2: Save backup codes

Save your backup codes so you can sign into your account if you forget your password, lose your phone or can’t see your verification codes anymore. 

• Click See codes
• Confirm your password or social login
• Open the authenticator app on your phone or tablet
• Enter your 6-digit verification code in F6S
• Click Next or press the Enter key
• Save your backup codes in a safe place that you can always access

Note: You can only use a backup code once. When exhausted, you can get new ones by clicking Get new codes
