Edit a status name

You can change the name of any status. For example, you may decide that ‘Qualified Leads’ is a better status name than ‘Leads’. There are two ways to change a status name.

The “Pipeline” dropdown:

• Click the Pipeline dropdown on the right of the search field
• Move your cursor on the Pipeline with the status you want to update
• Click on the “Edit Status” icon on the right
• Click the status you want to rename
• Rename the status
• Press the Enter key

The “Pipelines” column:

• Go to the Pipelines column
• Click on the status you want to rename
• Choose Edit Status at the bottom of the dropdown menu
• Rename the status
• Click Done
