Change the status of an item in a Pipeline

Go to the Pipeline Web Page

• Find the Pipelines column and the item you want to update
• Click on the status dropdown for the Pipeline you want to update
• Choose a new status

In the Gmail Extension

• Go to the Gmail Extension on the right side of your screen
• Click on the status dropdown for the Pipeline you want to update
• Choose a new status
